Final territory boundaries and hub locations are subject to Klean DrAi approval and serviceability assessment. Territory boundaries, permitted hubs and any applicable exclusivity are subject to written confirmation in the approved Business Partner Agreement.
- The deposit serves as security for the Business Partner's operational and customer-service obligations. In the event of a verified customer claim arising from loss, damage, non-delivery or other failure attributable to the Business Partner, Klean DrAi may use the applicable deposit toward the customer's refund, replacement or compensation in accordance with the Business Partner agreement.

No. Klean DrAi is designed to be started from a suitable small space, such as a 10×10 ft setup, with the right basic equipment, an operator and pickup & delivery capability. Any proposed premises, including a home space, must meet applicable housing, utility, hygiene, safety and business-use requirements and receive approval. An existing business is welcome but not required.

No. Territory availability is subject to evaluation and confirmation by Klean DrAi, and an enquiry does not guarantee approval. Payment is accepted only after Klean DrAi confirms territory availability.
The Business Partner fee depends on the level: ₹50,000 (Area Business Partner), ₹1,50,000 (Zonal Business Partner), or ₹5,00,000 (District Business Partner). A refundable security deposit applies per level (₹10,000 / ₹25,000 / ₹50,000), on terms set in the Partner Agreement. Additional operating setup costs (space, equipment, staffing) are separate and depend on your specific setup.
Territory rights at your chosen level, the Klean DrAi technology platform (Business Partner dashboard, pickup & delivery executive app, customer app/local hub mapping, automatic order routing), the subscription customer model, and Business Partner package inclusions (branded laundry bags free, cleaning supplies at 30% discount, executive apparel free). Full commercial terms are confirmed during the qualification process.
Business Partners keep the larger share of territory revenue: 70% (Area), 75% (Zonal), or 80% (District) — Klean DrAi keeps the remainder. The exact revenue base this applies to (and how it is settled) is confirmed during the commercial discussion stage and set in the Partner Agreement.
