The Garment ID is the persistent identity for a garment — its Kleaning history lives against this ID for as long as you own the garment. The physical tag is what carries that ID on the garment itself, and a fresh tag is applied at the start of every Kleaning cycle. The tag doesn't need to survive Kleaning indefinitely; the ID does, because it's re-associated with your garment each time.

When a garment is received, its fabric, colour and care requirements are recorded and used to determine the wash method, temperature, detergent, drying and ironing treatment for that specific garment — not a single generic cycle applied to everything in a batch.

You can recharge your allowance at any time, or pay per garment for anything beyond your plan — whichever suits how you're using Klean DrAi that month.

Individual is ₹199 a month for 10 garments and Family is ₹799 a month for 50 garments. Business starts at ₹1499 a month for 100 garments.
