Privacy Policy

Klean DrAi is a garment-care service operated by WeSimplifAI Private Limited. Klean DrAi provides garment care with pickup, tracking and delivery through this website (kleandrai.com) and the Klean DrAi Android app, which opens the same service.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

Customer accounts. When you create an account and use the service we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address, and your account type (individual, family or business).
• Your pickup and delivery address (address line and city).
• Your login. Your password is handled by Amazon Cognito; we never see or store it.
• Your orders: pickup times, the garment categories and quantities you request, order status and delivery confirmation.
• Your garment records: a garment ID, category, and optional details such as fabric, colour and care label, plus the tracked history of each garment through pickup, processing, quality check and delivery.
• Your plan and credit balance, and a record of each plan payment you make (date, amount, status and a payment reference).

Delivery executives and hub/partner staff. Accounts are created by invitation. We hold the person's name, email address, role and assigned hub, and record the actions they perform on orders and garments.

Website forms. If you contact us through a website form we collect what you enter:

• Business enquiries: name, business name, contact details, city, segment and expected volume.
• Business-partner (franchise) enquiries: name, state, district, mobile, email, information about your business, and campaign source details (for example UTM parameters).
• Career applications: name, email, mobile, city, state, professional background, LinkedIn link, answers you give, and the résumé file you upload.

Technical information. Our servers keep standard request logs (such as the address requested, response status, timing and the IP address your connection presents). Your browser or app stores a sign-in session and, briefly during sign-up, the details you entered, and your language choice, in its local storage on your device.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or files, and the Android app does not ask for those permissions.

• To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
• To schedule pickups, process, track and deliver your garments, and keep your garment history.
• To send service emails about your account and orders (for example order and delivery updates).
• To respond to enquiries, and to review job and partnership applications.
• To keep the service running, secure and fair, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
• To understand how our public website is used, in aggregate, using analytics (see below).

We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers to run Klean DrAi:

Access to operational information is role-based. Customers see only their own orders. Delivery executives see the orders on their assigned routes, including the customer's name, address and garment counts. Hub staff see the orders assigned to their hub. Authorized Klean DrAi administrators can see operational information across hubs, such as the order list and partner records. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some providers may process information outside India.

Google Analytics runs only on our public marketing pages. It is not loaded in the Android app, and it is not loaded on sign-up, log-in, account, order or delivery screens, and we do not send it your name, email address, phone number, password, order details or garment details.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account (see below), we delete your login and remove your name, phone number, email address and the street part of your saved addresses from your customer record, and we cancel your plan.

Certain records — order, garment-history, credit, payment and audit records — may be retained where necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations. After deletion these records no longer carry your name, phone number, email address or street address, but they may still show the city of a past pickup. Our email provider may keep delivery logs of emails we sent you, under its own policy. Our database is backed up automatically and backups are kept for 7 days, so deleted information can remain in encrypted backups for up to that long. Our servers also keep operational logs (request details such as the page or action requested, timing, technical headers and the IP address of the connection) for as long as needed to run and secure the service.

Enquiries and career applications are kept as long as needed to deal with them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

• Delete your account: in the app or on the website, go to Account → Delete account, or visit kleandrai.com/account-deletion. If you cannot access your account, you can use that same page to delete it: we email a code to confirm the account is yours, and you do not need to remember your password.
• Access or correct your information: your details are shown on your Account page; for anything else, contact us.
• Emails: service emails about your orders are part of the service; contact us if you want to stop other messages.
• Analytics: you can limit or block Google Analytics on our public website through your browser's privacy controls or other applicable privacy controls. It is not used in the app.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are managed by Amazon Cognito. Access to orders and garment records is role-based: delivery and hub staff are limited to the orders and information needed for their assigned work, while authorized administrative personnel may have broader operational access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Klean DrAi is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email.
